Setup Service Award Letters and Points

In this article, you can learn how to award points on the occasion of an anniversary.

The Admin Center has an option to set anniversaries. Based on the setting, each employee can receive a number of points (converted in local currency), for the years of service in the company. To set such functionality, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. On the left-side panel, click on Programs and then Manage Anniversaries.

First, select the country for the anniversary. Then, click New and set the preferences. Award points for each year of anniversary. For example, every employee on the fifth anniversary within the company gets 250 points. At the end click Save.

By clicking on the Mail button, you can check and modify the email that the employees get automatically on the day of the anniversary.

When employees have anniversaries, they will receive an automatic email (usually sent by the CEO of the company) congratulating the years of service, and awarding them the points. Additionally, printable certificates can be automatically issued in the system.
