Share Points
In this article, you will find out how to share your points with your colleagues.
The Share Points feature provides a straightforward way to pass on received points to others you believe deserve recognition. It serves as a method for demonstrating appreciation and support among colleagues.
When you're ready to share your points, simply log into the application, navigate to the Recognize tile and then select the Share Points program. The points are sent directly to the recipient without the need of manager review or approval.
Log in to JobPts -> Recognize -> My Available Programs -> Select Share Points

To share your points, designate the desired amount using the slider below. Once chosen, proceed by clicking "Send to >".

To get started, search for the colleague you want to share your points with.

Once done with the selection, click on the Add Message > button and the next step is to write your appreciation message which can be plain text with emojis , eCard, or a GIF.

You can also upload a file not larger than 6MB that will be sent to the recipient with the recognition message.
In the end, click Send >. A confirmation of your sent recognition will be sent over email and will appear under the Sent Awards tile in the application.
