In this article, you’ll learn how to effortlessly share your appreciation with colleagues by transferring points through the JobPts platform—no manager approval required.
The Share Points feature allows you to easily pass on points you've earned to colleagues who you think deserve a recognition. It's a simple way to show appreciation and support within your team.
To Share Points first log into the JobPts application then click on the Recognize tile from the main menu located on the right -side panel and select the Share Points from the programs avaliable.
From there, you can send your points directly to the recipient and there's no need for manager approval or review.
Log in to JobPts -> Recognize -> My Available Programs -> Select Share Points

Select the Share Points program from the list of My Available Programs.

To select the number of points you want to share, simply use Points Slider to adjust the amount or enter the exact number in the box below the slider. Then, click Send to proceed.

Search for the colleague/recepient that you'd like to share your points with.

*Note: You can only share points with one recipient
Once you’ve made your selection, click the Add Message button. Next, write your appreciation message—this can be plain text with emojis or with an eCard that you can cloose it from the eCard dropdown menu.

You can also upload a file (up to 6MB) to accompany your recognition message. When you're ready, simply click Send to send the recognition.

A confirmation email will be sent, and your recognition will be displayed under the Sent Awards section in the app.
