SMS Reports

Report which contains a log for all SMS messages

The SMS Report on JobPts lets you check the number of SMS messages that has been sent and invoiced. 

To see this report, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. From the left-side panel, click on Reports and then SMS Report.

Several Filter options are available to get the desired results:

• Date from and Date until
• Status
• Search Users
• Country
• Business Unit
• Company Code
• Cost Center
• Program Type

Once you have defined your filtering preferences click the Search button to generate the results.

The Export button helps export the results in an Excel file, which includes more detailed information for the SMS reports. 

• Award From
• Award To
• Country of the recipient
• Transaction Date
• Sent Date
• Status - (sent, failed, pending, not processed)
• Phone number
• SMS Segment Count
• SMS Price Per message - (displays the cost per SMS)
• Total SMS Price ($) - (displays the total cost, based on the number of SMS segments sent)
