This report provides a tailored view of employee points transactions data.
The Points Transaction Log Report allows administrators to track all points transactions, both received and spent, for each employee. This report functions similarly to a bank statement, documenting the complete history of point transactions, starting from the first recorded transaction.
To open the report, navigate to:
Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Financial Reports -> Points Transaction Log
At the top of the report, you will be displayed with filtersr that allows you to customize the data displayed based on specific criteria. This includes filtering by user's name, country, company code, organizational unit and user role (employee or manager).
By applying these filters, you can narrow down the data to focus on specific segments and obtain targeted insights.
The report will generate the following data:

- Full Name - Displays the full name of the employee.
- Username - Username associated with the employee.
- Country - Country where the employee is based.
- Org Unit - The organizational unit of the employee.
- Status - Indicates whether the employee is active or inactive.
- Current Points Balance - Displays the employee's current points balance.
- Download Log - Download the transaction log for the selected employee.
Data Export: To facilitate further analysis or data sharing, the points transaction log allows you to export all of the displayed data. By clicking the export option, you can generate a Excel file, which can be utilized for in-depth analysis, presentations, or other purposes.
