      Survey Creation and Management

      Elevate your feedback strategy with user-friendly survey design and powerful response validation

      Creating a new Survey

      You can create surveys by creating your own, providing you with the flexibility to tailor the survey to your specific needs and objectives. 

      Login to Nurture Communications -> Admin Center -> Surveys -> Create survey from scratch.

      When you create a new survey, you gain access to a range of customization options:

      Title: Specify a unique title for your survey.

      Welcome Page: Personalize the welcome page by incorporating a photo, adjusting the title, and editing the introductory text.

      Questions: Utilize a simple drag-and-drop interface from the right-side menu to add various types of questions. The available question formats include:

      - Single Choice

      - Multiple Choice

      - Text Fill

      - Slider

      - Opinion Scale

      Additionally, our survey creation tool features an innovative capability to harness artificial intelligence (AI), providing you with advanced options for editing and crafting your survey.

      Now we will take you through a tour overview of the Survey Creation and Managment experience:

      This first highlight in red is the Survey Title. You can provide your own title for the survey.
      The second highlight is about Classifications. You can choose a Classification of your own so the Survey can be marked from pre-added Classifications in the Settings tab.
      The last highlight shows the Welcome page of the Survey. You can add new picture, change the survey welcome page title and change the text which you want to be displayed.

      Question types

      Choose from various question types, including Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Text, Slider, and Opinion Scale, to create a tailored survey experience.

      The section highlighted in red indicates the area designated for questions. You have the option to either double-click on the desired question or drag and drop it into the designated space on the left.

      Leverage AI to edit or create Survey

      Alternatively, you can use our trained AI to generate questions for you or edit the Survey. Leverage AI to edit your survey, generate fresh questions, or modify and remove existing ones as needed.

      With our trained AI, you can easily generate new questions tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that they align with your survey objectives. Simply provide a clear topic or context, and the AI will suggest relevant questions that can bring depth and clarity to your survey.

      In addition to generating new content, the AI can also assist in editing existing questions. If you have questions that need refinement or rephrasing for better comprehension, the AI can offer suggestions to improve their clarity and engagement. This not only saves you time but also enhances the overall quality of your survey.

      The highlighted area with red is where you can edit, generate new questions or modify and remove existing questions to already existing survey.

      Moreover, should you wish to remove or modify questions that may no longer serve your survey's purpose, the AI provides a seamless way to manage these changes. You can quickly adjust your survey content without the hassle of starting from scratch, allowing for a more efficient creation process.

      When leveraging AI, it is important to include well-constructed text and specific instructions for the AI to generate the most effective questions. This ensures that the output is relevant and meets the goals of your survey. By integrating AI into your survey creation, you can create a more dynamic and comprehensive survey experience, tailored to the needs of your audience.

      When setting up your survey, ensure to include comprehensive instructions for your questions and list both the planned and existing questions you intend to incorporate.

      Our well-trained AI can generate you questions for the wanted topic and wanted questions. You need to include well-constructed text and instructions for the questions.

      To ensure the integrity and quality of responses in your survey, please take note of the following key functionalities:

      Minimum Responses: Each question must receive a minimum of 5 responses to ensure valid data collection.

      Response Length: Any responses that are shorter than 5 characters will be disregarded, so participants should provide sufficiently detailed answers.

      Repetitive Replies: Identical responses will not be aggregated and will not appear together in the chart, promoting a clearer interpretation of unique feedback.

      By adhering to these guidelines, you can enhance the reliability and usefulness of the survey results.

      Survey Settings

      Anonymous Survey Option: Decide if you want your survey to be anonymous by adjusting the settings in the right-hand menu editor.

      Open Survey Option: Determine whether your survey will be open to all participants by configuring the settings in the right-hand menu editor.

      Survey Communication Design: Choose the design template for your survey communications by navigating to the communications tab.
