A Comprehensive Guide to Understanding and Utilizing Survey Reports
Survey reports provide a detailed breakdown of responses from your surveys, enabling you to analyze trends, measure performance, and uncover valuable insights. Whether you're working with anonymous surveys or open surveys, these reports help you interpret the results and make informed decisions based on your data.
Login to Nurture Communications -> Admin Center -> Surveys -> My Reports.

The Survey Reports page allows you to view all available survey reports, including both standard and open surveys. You can filter reports, see the number of questions and responses, and check the last updated time for each report. Use the eye icon under "Action(s)" to preview individual reports and analyze the data for deeper insights.

The Survey Reports Detailed View page provides an in-depth analysis of your survey data using various charts and metrics to help you visualize trends and interpret results.

Key Metrics: At the top, you’ll see important summary statistics such as the number of visits, questions, responses, and the completion rate.

Charts:
- Bar Chart: Visualizes the distribution of answers for multiple-choice questions, making it easy to compare responses and identify popular options.
- Pie Chart: Offers a proportional view of responses for single-choice questions, helping you quickly assess the most selected answers.
- Histogram: Displays the frequency of responses over a range of values, allowing you to detect patterns and data concentration.
- Stacked Chart: Summarizes opinion scale responses, showing how different satisfaction levels are distributed, making it easy to track trends.

Additionally, individual text answers can be found under the Responses tab, where you can view detailed written feedback from respondents. For more advanced insights, the Analytics page offers a deeper look at data, helping you track overall trends and compare different surveys or criteria.

You can also download the report as an Excel file to drill down into individual responses. You can generate charts based on specific criteria for more tailored insights. Use the search and filter options to focus on specific data points for further analysis.
Depending on whether the survey was anonymous or not anonymous, you would be able to see the answers from individual respondents with or without their first and last name.
