      Setup Service Anniversary Custom Rewards

      Send custom items and pack to employees for their anniversaries and other moments that matter

      In this article:

      Atop of awarding your employees with the usual monetary reward programs (using points) for their years of service, you can now choose a meaningful branded gift item or pack for the employee’s work anniversary or other moments that matter.

      Variety of custom gift and swag options

      You can choose different gifts for employees’ work anniversaries. (Ex. A tote bag for 1st work anniversary, a t-shirt for 5th anniversary, a duffel bag for 10th anniversary etc.)

      The gifts can encompass a diverse range, including cups, t-shirts, tote bags, keyholders, pens, duffel bags, bottles, and more. Additionally, these items can be customized with the client's logo and may include an extra message tailored to meet specific client needs.

      Employees can receive an individual gift, or your admin team can create a personalized pack. This is enabled through the feature option called "Build Your Own Pack".  Create customized care packages with items that can be shipped right to your employee’s door. You can include whatever you want from branded swag with your company logo to brand name items. Work with our service awards team to curate these boxes.

      Setup and shipping

      In agreement with you and in alignment with your planned budget for this occasion, different work anniversary gifts can be chosen. Once the agreement is achieved, Semos Cloud will take care of everything. We purchase the branded gifts from our partner, and we ship them to the accurate location.

      Process automation 

      When employees have an anniversary, they will automatically receive a dedicated email (usually from the appointed manager of the company, org. unit, department etc.) with congratulations for their years of service. On the other hand, the manager will receive a notification about the employee work anniversary 14 days before the date.

      Prior to the anniversary, the employee will also receive a notification to update the address information in Core HR system. Through this new functionality, the JobPts platform will ensure the employee receives the agreed gift days before their work anniversary.
