Track Your Awards and Recognitions

This article will help you learn how to find all details about your recognitions and awards

My Awards section provides all the details about the recognitions and awards received.

To access the My Awards tab, log in to the platform and follow the steps below.

Login to JobPts -> My Awards 

Once you've opened the My Awards tile, three tabs will open and help you navigate through your history information.

  • Under Received Recognitions, you can view all received awards along with their respective details in one place.
  • Redeemed Rewards provides a comprehensive overview of all the details related to the rewards you have redeemed through the platform.
  • My Incentives showcases three types of incentives: Earn Points, Subsidy & Health Campaigns.

*Note:  The filter button will be visible in all three tabs, conveniently located at the top right corner for easy access.

The first tab, Received Recognitions, offers comprehensive details about all the awards you have received, including the list of awards displayed below.

  • Received Recognition
  • Received Nomination 
  • Nomination winner
  • Celebration from Service Anniversary or Birthday
  • Celebration from Moments that Matter with or without Memory Book
  • Share points 
  • Payroll

To access detailed information about each award, simply select the card you wish to view.

You will see more details about the sender, award value (if monetary), message, award date, award reason etc.

Next to each received award, there is an action button which will allow you to:
  • Download Certificate for the award - is available when configured with the appropriate award context is enabled in admin.
  • Share on LinkedIn - will appear if LinkedIn Integration is active and will appear on the following tiles: Received Recognition, Nomination winner & Celebration from Moments that Matter without Memory Book
  • Share on Social Wall - will appear only for awards that have not been shared on the social wall and are listed under 'My Awards for Publishing'.

  • The mint as an NFT option will appear for received recognitions connected to an NFT-enabled recognition program, but only if the award hasn't been minted before.

As part of the recognition details, you can check the award dateaward reason, the sender, the approver (if the setup requests approval), award value (if monetary recognition was sent), and the awards message. Also, you can download a personalized certificate to print out and frame for display or share your certificate on social channels.

*Note: Received recognition details may vary per program 

The second tab Redeemed Rewards provides details for all your redeemed rewards, including pending, in-process, or completed transactions. It covers eGift card redemptions, Virtual Cards, purchases on Amazon, donations and awards from the custom catalog.

Under each card, you'll find a status notification: Completed, Pending, or In Process. Depending on the card type, you can view details such as the Redeem Date, Product Value, Status, Activation Code/Link, expiration date (if applicable), and redemption instructions.

The last tab, My Incentives, displays comprehensive details about completed Health Campaigns, submitted Subsidy Campaigns, and Earn Points campaigns, along with their current status. To view detailed information about each incentive, simply select the card of interest.

*Note: This tab will appear only if there is at least one campaign created in the Admin Center

Each card contains the details of the campaign, such as the approver, status, the approved or rejected message, transaction date, amount of points in case of a monetary campaign, etc.
