Use Managers Statements report

The Manager Statements report offers managers a summary of their team's activity on a monthly or yearly basis, providing valuable operational insights

The Manager Statement report can be accessed in two ways:

Login to JobPts -> Hover Over User Image -> Managers Statements

Login to JobPts  -> Analytics Tile -> Managers Statements

*Note: The visibility of this option depends on whether the manager statement is enabled or disabled in system settings.

The Manager Statement provides a monthly/yearly team award report.

Based on the hierarchy configuration in the system settings of the admin center, additional filters will appear in the "Managers Statements" report when the hierarchy in Analytics includes two or three levels.

The exported Excel report will reflect the selected filter:

  • If two levels are selected, the export will include data for two levels.

  • If "Direct Reports" is selected, only direct reports will be exported.

  • If "Down to Level 0" is selected, the export includes all levels, but data will be limited to level 3 to prevent information overload.

The available filters in Managers Statement report are as follows:

  • Date From/Date Until – Allows filtering based on the date range. 
  • Filter by Recipient's Name – Search for recipients by their name.
  • Level search by hierarchy level. This filter will be visible only if the hierarchy in the Analytics includes two or three levels. The "Down to Level 0" option will be available only if enabled as an export option in system settings.

  • Status – Categorize awards by their status: All, Approved, Rejected or Pending
  • Award Type – Choose the type of award: All, Non-Monetary, Monetary

Under the filters, the total approved amount is displayed in both points and the local base currency.

On the right side there is an ‘Export button.

 

The exported Excel report will reflect the selected filter:

  • If two levels are selected, the export will include data for two levels.

  • If "Direct Reports" is selected, only direct reports will be exported.

  • If "Down to Level 0" is selected, an information message will appear, explaining that the export includes all levels, but data will be limited to level 3 to avoid information overload.

The list overview provides detailed information on the following: Number of Total Transactions within the Selected Period, Recipient's Name, Nominator's Name, Points, Award in local currency, Recipient's Country, Date of transaction, Status, and Actions.

The Actions option allows you to view a detailed overview of the award, including Manager First Level, Manager Second Level, Award Reason, Award Name, Award Message, and the option to Download the Certificate.

There is a scheduled auto email notification sent to all managers on every first of the month with appreciations sent within the previous month. This email is consisted of all recognitions sent to the team that is directly reporting to him/her with details for the status of the award.

Additional information within the email report about: Status, Recipient's Name, Sender, Award Type, Award Reason, Date and how many days for approval are remaining.

This email report can also be used as a reminder to the manager's for pending recognitions waiting for their approval.
