      Use Redeemed eGift Card

      This article will help you learn how to access and use your redeemed eGift Card.

      To access your redeemed eGift card reward, log in to JobPts and select the My Awards tile.

      Login to JobPts -> My Awards -> Redeemed Rewards -> Select the preferred eGift Card 

      Once you select My awards, a new window with three tabs will open. Redeemed Rewards is located on the last tab and displays all awards you have redeemed. Each card can have one of the three statuses (Completed, Pending, or In Process). Status explanations are inside the cards, in the assistance panel.

      From here, you can select the eCard you wish to use.

      After selecting the preferred card, you will be forwarded to Redeemed Rewards Details. Under the Activation Spot, click on the MY EGIFT LINK and a new tab will open with instructions on how to use your card.

      *Note: Once the card is used, you can mark The eGift Card is used checkbox above. This will automatically move the eCard to the bottom of your redeemed awards list.

      You have now accessed the details of the redeemed eGift card. Each card issuer has specified Terms and Conditions, so please make sure you understand them.

      Redeemed eGift cards can be also accessed through your email. You will get a message with a direct link to the eCard. Click on My eGift Link to access the eCard.
