Quick intro to the internationalization and verticalization capabilities of the platform
The solution supports standard languages upon the initial provisioning of the tenant and would cover the major group of languages such as: English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and French.
The solution is also machine translated to support over 100 languages, so during the setup we can in addition provision the translation pack of missing languages. It supports a wide variety of languages for the Neural Machine Translation (NMT) model. These languages are specified within a recognition request using language code parameters as noted on this page.
In addition, it is possible to further verticalize existing terminology to fit customer culture and preferred terms. For the process of how to adapt and modify terminology and translation, follow this knowledge base article.
