All the resources and major activities needed from the customer for the program delivery
The must have roles on the project are:
◉ Customer R&R Project Lead(s) from the HR Line of Business
Daily interaction on program design, configuration, delivery, reporting and support. As a process owner, you provide knowledge of existing processes and provide future vision. May or may not act as project manager (separate role or same) to manage all customer activities and resources and ensure customer dependencies are satisfied.
◉ Customer R&R Technical Lead from IT Line of Business
Helps with the HR system integration, security and SSO integration with IDP like Azure, user provisioning, data migration, custom reporting, Microsoft Teams app deployment, other required systems (e.g. Fieldglass, S/4 Finance, Ariba)
◉ Customer Finance / Procurement Lead in HR
Payments for rewards, subscriptions, budget planning and Purchase Order execution
The other occasional roles involved in the project are:
◉ Customer R&R Executive Sponsor – champion the project within your organization, steering reviews, validate key decisions of strategy and policy, ensure required resources are in place to support project
◉ Customer HR Leads from other HR areas – when recognition impacts and interacts with other HR initiatives like Learning, Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, they act ask key stakeholders for definition and review of such programs
◉ Customer Marketing Branding Experts – provide branding themes and corporate standards, approve mockup and graphics
◉ Customer Communication Experts – communication plan, alignment, and execution
◉ Customer Testers from different LOBs – UAT tests and solution feedback
◉ Customer Team Managers – training and change management
◉ Customer System Administrators – attend administration and reporting training, assumes system admin responsibilities post launch
