This article will help you understand how to create, edit, and manage branding themes to match your company’s identity and style.
This feature enables admin users to fully customize the application's branding to match their company’s identity. Admins can upload a logo, change the background image or color, and adjust font colors, the brand palette and tile colors to meet specific branding needs.
Log in to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Configuration and Branding -> Manage Branding Themes
To start, log in to the JobPts homepage and select Admin Center.

You can proceed by selecting Configuration and Branding on the left side of the menu and navigate to Manage Branding Themes.

The List of Application styles contains a list the themes you have already created.
By default the Active themes list will be presented while the Archived tab provides a list of all themes that were prevously created and archived.

*Note: The 'Archived' tab, provides an option to "Unarchive" a theme.
To create new style, click the Create New Style button.

The following options are available for customization:
- Copy values from existing theme - You can select an existing theme from the drop-down list. This will automatically apply the corresponding settings of the selected theme. You may either save the theme as it is or customize the settings further before saving it.
- Theme name - Enter a name for your theme (mandatory field).
- Application logo - for each theme, you can add colored and a white logo. The logo in color is positioned on the top left corner of the JobPts homepage, and the white logo on the bottom left corner in the footer. You can also access logo guidelines and download example files to help you.
- Admin logo - upload a logo which will be displayed on the top left corner in the Admin Center.
- Aplication Logo- Application name - This will be displayed on top of your browser bar.
Upload Favicon Files - You are able to upload a whole set for your previously generated favicon icons.
Favicons are used on web browsers to represent a website or a web page. Favicons are commonly displayed on tabs at the top of a web browser as well as your browser’s bookmark bar, history and in search results alongside the page url.
- Company logo - Company name -The company logo will be displayed within the Company Profile page.
- Social Feed Image - Upload an image that will be displayed on the top of the social feed, integrated with the Filter function.
- *Note: For each of the above steps, you are presented with Guidelines and examples which you can open and download. You will be provided with additional explanation for each of these steps to assist you further with customizing your application.
- Font Color & UI Elements Tint Color- Choose the font color /UI color - this will be the primary font color in the application.
- Accent/ Brand Colors -Choose the accent/brand colors for radio buttons, tabs, select boxes, input fields, etc.
- Tiles Colors- Choose the colors of the four colored tiles on the front of the JobPts homepage.
- Email customization offers you to select the color of the email background, header, footer as well as change the header logo- Upload Backround, Banner, Footer Image, Upload Banner Image for Mobile, Upload Footer Image 2.
- Advanced customization provides an option to customize specific sections from a UI perspective. For example, you can enable gradient options to the colored tiles.

After you finish customizing the new style, click the Save button to apply your changes.
To edit some of the customizations and styles, click on the three dots next to the Actions button and select Edit from the drop-down menu.

After you make the necessary changes, click Save to update the new style.
