Add New or Edit Currency Conversions

This article helps you understand currency conversion in the application.

There are two options for administrators to manage currency conversion in JobPts.

The first one is by using the API recognition conversion. This option provides an automatic update on the currency rates. To learn more about this option, check how to set up the right system settings.

The second option is to manually add the conversion rates for all active countries in your company. For details, visit how to activate locations in the application.

To start, log in to JobPts homepage and go on the Admin Center and select the Currency Conversion option under Administration.

In the Date field, there is an overview of all previous conversions.

To add new conversion rates, click the Add New button. Now you can add new conversion rates or edit the existing fields.

When done go to Save to keep the conversion rates.

*Note: You can use the Edit option, only if you make changes on the day that you have added new data. It is not possible to edit past changes.

Exported excel file contains details for: country, currency, conversion rate & selected date.
