1. User's Choice Gift in Service Anniversaries

   The application has been updated to enhance the user experience for service anniversaries with the introduction of the User's Choice Gift feature. Users will now receive an in-app notification congratulating them on their anniversary, along with the option to select a gift. A new design featuring a present/gift image replaces the previous balloon image. Users can choose their gift through an Award Details modal, where they can also confirm shipping details. Alerts will inform users of stock availability, ensuring a smooth redemption process.

2. Advanced Participant Selection for Moments that Matter

   The Participant Selection feature now allows admins to invite colleagues to moments using broader filters based on the company structure. Instead of adding individual users manually, admins can now select entire departments, organizational units, job titles, or other relevant categories.

   The dropdown menu in the "Invite Users" section now includes these options:

   • All Eligible

   • Country

   • Job Title

   • Org Unit

   • Company Code

   • Individual Users

   If any option other than "All Eligible" is selected, two additional dropdowns will appear:

   1. Action Type (Include/Exclude).
   2. Value Selection (e.g., list of countries, org units).

   After applying the filters, the total count of invited users will be displayed. A notification will prompt the user if no participants are selected, ensuring that the admin is informed of the absence of invitees.
