Learning about the options to integrate additional service providers for custom rewards options
There are several options to integrate additional rewards service providers in our system. One simpler option we can consider is by providing custom vouchers with digital codes that are uploaded in our system and can be used in the rewards service provider. How the solution works from end-user perspective and how HR needs to manage these custom vouches and digital codes are explained in the hyperlinked help center articles.
Second option is to provide integration with the gift card system, if the service provider offers digital gift cards that can be digitally purchased and redeemed. And the final option is depending on the technical requirements and availability of public APIs, we are open to adding additional third-party vendors full catalogs for the purposes of increasing the solution's adoption and usage by making the solution even more engaging and available for your employees.
In order to provide you with a more specific timeframe, project complexities, and costs, we would require additional details regarding the scope, the level of integration expected and technical integration capabilities of new service providers. For the level 1 (custom voucher), it can be done out of the box and managed without developing any actual integration. For the level 2 (gift card integration), it can be done in 1 or 2 months. For the level 3 (full catalog integration of the service provider offering), it can take around 2 to 4 months assuming technical prerequisites, contracts and enablement are in place.
