Edit a Non-Monetary Recognition Program in JobPts

In this article, administrators will learn how to edit existing non-monetary programs by updating details, participants, recipients, and settingsโ€”ensuring the program stays relevant without needing to recreate it.

Editing programs helps admins easily keep recognition initiatives aligned with current needs. It allows for quick updates to things like participants and program structure making sure everything stays accurate and relevant. Instead of creating a new program from scratch, admins can simply adjust whatโ€™s already in place, saving time while keeping the experience smooth for users.

You can modify an already created Non-Monetary Program at any time. To edit a Non-Monetary Program, log in to the platform, and follow the steps below.

Log in to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Programs -> Manage Peer To Peer Programs -> Actions -> Edit 

Once you are logged into the JobPts Admin Center, go to the left-hand menu, select Programs, then navigate to Manage Peer To Peer Programs. Locate the program you want to modify, click the Actions button, and choose Edit from the drop-down menu to begin making changes.

*Note: Your company list of recognition programs will be different from the one presented.

For non-monetary recognition programs, you can make changes to Program Image, Program Participants & Recipients, Limits, Program values and settings. After you make the necessary changes, click Save to update and save the program.

An option to delete programs is available that allows you to delete any programs that have not been used in the application.

You can delete a program by finding it, clicking theโ€ฏActionsโ€ฏbutton and selectingโ€ฏDelete, however if the program has already been used, such as having recognitions, the delete option will not be available.

Furthermore, there is a Translate option which allows you to translate the program into multiple languages, so users from other countries can view the program in their local language.

You can translate any of the programs to another language by finding the program, click on the Actions button and select Translate from the drop-down menu.

After you are finished translating the details, click Save to update and save the program.
