Edit a Subsidy Campaign

This article guides you through how to easily review the current status of a Subsidy Campaign and make any necessary updates, so you can manage your campaigns efficiently and keep everything running smoothly.

You can modify an already created Subsidy Campaign at any time. To edit a Subsidy Campaign, log in to the platform, and follow the steps below:

Log in to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Campaigns -> Manage Subsidy Campaigns -> Actions  -> Select Edit 

After logging into the Admin Center of JobPts, go to the left-hand menu and select Campaigns. Then, navigate to Manage Subsidy Campaigns. Find the campaign you wish to edit, click the Actions button and choose Edit from the dropdown menu.

*Note: The list of subsidy campaigns in your company may differ from the one presented.

For subsidy campaigns, you can make changes to Campaign Image, selected Campaign Participants, Valid From/To Dates, Budget Info section and Campaign Sections. After you make the necessary changes, click Save to update and save the program.

An option to delete subsidy campaigns is available that allows you to delete any campaign that have not been used in the application.

To delete a campaign, locate it, click the Actions button, and select Delete.

*Note:  If a campaign has been already used, the Delete button should not be presented, meaning that if a transaction has been made, the program cannot be deleted. 

Wage Type – Only the organizational units of eligible users will be listed. This field accepts numerical values.

Once you have finished editing the details, click Save to update and save the campaign.

Furthermore, there is a Translate option which allows you to translate the campaign into multiple languages, so users from other countries can view the program in their local language.

You can translate any of the subsidy campaigns to another language by finding the campaign, click the Actions button and select Translate from the drop-down menu.
