Manage communication preferences directly through the Employee Profile page

Employees can now manage their SMS and email notification preferences directly from their Employee Profile page, allowing for personalized communication settings.

This feature includes the option to opt in or opt out of SMS and/or E-mail notifications, allowing users to choose how they wish to receive important updates and alerts from the organization. With the increasing volume of communications in the workplace, it is essential for employees to have control over their notification preferences.

Login to Employee Application -> My profile

Employees can manage their notifications preferences by accessing their profile settings, by using the toggle to change notifications based on their individual needs and preferences.

  • To set up own notification preferences, you need to click on the profile photo in the upper right corner
  • Select My Profile from the dropdown

  • In my Profile page, click on Notification settings and find Notification preferences.

  • Activate the Notifications preferences toggle by switching it to the ON position.
  • A prompt will then appear to confirm your action:

  • Confirm by clicking
  • Choose your desired communication method; in the example provided, Email is highlighted as the selected option:

Note: If the you did not set a preferred communication channel yet, simply click on "Add Phone Number" or "Add E-mail" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
