1. In-App Notifications for Announcing Winners and Wrap-Ups

   We are introducing in-app notifications to enhance the recognition experience for both winners of the nomination program and users receiving wrap-up details. Upon announcing a winner, a notification will be sent to each winner alongside the email notification, ensuring they receive timely acknowledgment of their achievements within the app.

   Similarly, at the end of each quarter or year, users will receive an in-app notification in conjunction with the email notification regarding their wrap-up details.

2. Enhanced Recognition Copilot: SAM.OS

   The Recognition Copilot, SAM.OS, has been significantly upgraded to empower users in sending recognitions with greater efficiency and flexibility. Users can now send recognition awards to multiple recipients simultaneously, streamlining the recognition process across teams and departments.

   Additionally, SAM.OS is equipped to handle all monetary awards while considering budgets, limits, and other constraints, ensuring that recognition remains effective and compliant with organizational policies. This enhancement not only simplifies the process for users but also maximizes the impact of recognition programs within the organization.

3. Redesigned Email Customization

   All emails have been reworked with a modernized design, improved text content, and a more appealing layout. Admins can now customize the background image through the admin interface, allowing for alignment with the client's branding. Additionally, two new image placeholders are available at the bottom of each email, which can be linked to a URL of choice, providing greater flexibility for promotional content or additional resources.
