In this article, you will learn how to manually trigger service anniversary awards, review milestone options based on program configuration, and ensure every employee’s contributions are celebrated—even if the automated process was missed or delayed.
Access the Manual Service Anniversaries Page
First, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. From the left-side navigation panel, go to Administration Tasks, then click on Manual Service Anniversaries.
Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Administration Tasks -> Manual Service Anniversaries

Use the search bar to find the employee for whom you want to send a service anniversary award.
Once selected, the recipient’s hire date will be displayed at the top of the page to help you manually determine the correct years of service to celebrate.
*Note: You can only add one recipient at a time.
Once the recipient is selected, the system will automatically check whether a service anniversary program configuration exists for the employee’s Country, Company Code, or Organizational Unit, as shown in the screenshot above.
*Important: The system does not validate whether the employee is currently due for a specific milestone. This is an internal feature, and it is the admin’s responsibility to review the hire date and select the appropriate anniversary year.
If no configuration is found—meaning the user does not belong to a country, company code, or organizational unit defined for service anniversaries—a message will appear:
"No anniversary configuration found. Please check the program setup for this user."
This indicates that the user is not eligible based on the current program settings and no award options will be displayed.
The following columns are displayed:
Years - Lists the eligible anniversary milestones available for celebration. Use the employee’s hire date displayed at the top to manually determine which years of service to celebrate.
Award - Displays the award value linked to each milestone:
-
For non-monetary anniversaries, 0 points are shown.
-
Monetary awards display the corresponding point value.
-
Swag awards list the product name.
-
Payroll awards show the actual monetary amount that will be processed through payroll.
-
If the award is set to User’s Preference, the employee can later choose their preferred gift from the available options within the application.
For more details about the User’s Preference option, please refer to the dedicated article.
Action - Clicking the Send Award button will initiate the transaction. A confirmation alert will appear with the message:
“Are you sure you want to send this award? This action cannot be undone.”
In the reports, the sender information will remain as defined in the award configuration—typically either the direct manager or the anniversary president—regardless of the manual sending by the admin.
