Manually Send Service Anniversaries

In this article, we'll guide you on how to manually send a service anniversary to an employee

In the Admin Center, under Administration Tasks, you can use the Manual Service Anniversaries option to manually assign service anniversary awards to employees.

First, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. From the left-side panel, click on Administration Tasks and then on Manual Service Anniversaries

Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Administration Tasks -> Manual Service Anniversaries

Select a recipient for the service anniversary award. Only one recipient can be added at a time. The recipientโ€™s hire date will be displayed to help calculate the appropriate years of service to celebrate.

Once the recipient is selected, the system will automatically check for an anniversary program configuration based on the userโ€™s Country, Company Code, or Organizational Unit.

The following columns are displayed:

  • Years: lists the eligible anniversary milestones for celebration. The sender can manually determine the appropriate years to celebrate based on the hire date provided at the top.
  • Award - Displays the award value for the selected milestone. Non-monetary anniversaries show as 0 points, while monetary anniversaries display the relevant point value. If the award is swag, the product name will be shown.

Click on the Send Award  to send out the award.

The transaction will appear in reports with the sender being the direct manager or anniversary president as per the program setup.

This process allows you to manually manage and celebrate service anniversaries as needed. 

*Note: There are no checks, so the anniversary is sent out immediately.
