      Redeem Personalized Products

      Learn how you can further enhance your redemption options by creating and giving a gift to make it personal.

      Every moment you spend with the special people in your life is a moment to treasure. Give a gift that will make the present personal. Now, JobPts users can enjoy in redeeming their received points by sending personalized gifts for every occasion.

      Login to JobPts -> Redeem Tile -> Personalized Products

      To start your incredible creative journey you need to log in to the application and click on the Redeem tile and then chose Personalized Products from the Redeem Options list.

      At start, you will be presented with a list of all Available Products that you can personalize according to you wishes.

      Search options that are available to get the desired results: 

      • Search Products - search input
      • Select Category - products filter out by category

      Each product will display the following information once selected:

      • Details about the product
      • Availability status (since every product / product variation will have quantity)
      • Price details
      • Slider with product images.
      • Dropdowns with variations from product
      • Personalize button

      On this screen, you can click on the Personalize button and a new screen with customization options will be presented.

      Here you can unleash you creativity by adding the following:

      • Photos
      • Layouts
      • Backgrounds
      • Text
      • Size 
      • Colors
      • Preview  and rotate in 360°.

      After the user has added all the personalization's they can proceed further to entering their shipping details: First and Last Name, Street Address, Phone number, City, Zip Code, State and Country.

      In the Checkout Page, there are several sections regarding the product and the information that the user previously entered:
      • Item Value
      • State Tax
      • Shipping Cost
      • Total 
      • Total (In Points)
      • Amount from points
      • Charged with credit card
      • Product Details
      • Shipping Details
      • Terms and Conditions
      If everything looks good, just click Checkout to finish the process. You will also receive an email confirmation with detailed information on your redeemed personalized gift.

      Under My Awards, you can always check all the experience details and information by clicking on the card.
