This article explains how to collect the points from the scratch card you received at your company event
Companies can organize events, where employees will receive or win physical scratch cards with certain point amounts. Such events can be rewards contests, giveaways, and other ways to incentivize participation.
Points cards are customizable codes that are designed to enhance your employee recognition efforts. Employees scan the code and are led directly to their reward platform with their points automatically deposited into their account.
To collect the points won with your scratch card, please log in to the platform and follow the steps below.
Login to JobPts -> Points Card
From the home page, first click on the Points Card tile. A new screen will appear where you can navigate to the scratch code number field where you can type the number from your scratch card.

After you have verified that you have typed the correct scratch card number click on Search. This will check if the number was previously used and provide the details just above the number filed including the status and card points:

To proceed with redeeming the points from the scratch card, click on Redeem.
You will receive a Success message after which the system will make these points available for you:

Your Points Card will be displayed under Received Recognitions.
With the scratch cards feature, you can give the users a chance to win rewards and give them fun motivation. Every time the user wins a scratch card, he will be able to win points.
