Turn Your Scratch Card Into Points!

To claim the points earned with your scratch card, please log in to the platform and follow the steps outlined below: 

From the home page of the JopPts app, click on the Points Card tile. You’ll be taken to a new screen where you can enter the code from your scratch card into the designated field.

Once you've confirmed that you've entered the correct scratch card number, click on Search.

This will verify whether the number has been used before and display the details right above the number field, including the status and card points.

To redeem the points from the scratch card, click on Redeem.

A success message will appear, and the system will then make the points available for you.

Your Points Card will appear under , Received Recognitions.
