1. Swag Redemption Option

   We have added a new Swag Redemption Option to enhance the redemption experience and provide an additional option for redeeming points. This option allows users to redeem points for company-branded items. The configuration for this option is the same as for all other redeem options, allowing admins to include or exclude countries that will be able to see this option.

   Where to Find It: User Profile > Redeem Options > Company Branded Merchandise

   Accessible for User Type: All Users

   Use Case: The Swag Redemption Option adds a new dimension to the redemption experience, offering users the opportunity to redeem points for exclusive company-branded items. Admins can easily configure this option, including or excluding specific countries based on availability and eligibility. This enhancement provides users with more choice and flexibility in how they redeem their points, enhancing their overall satisfaction with the rewards program.

🔧 Enhancements

1. Include Points in Redeem Options Page

   Introduced a points indicator on the Redeem Options page. Users with sufficient points to redeem items will see their available points displayed prominently. This indicator will be hidden for users with 0 points.

   Accessible for user type: All Users with Redeemable Points

   Use Case: At the request of a client, this feature enhances user awareness of their available points. Besides the existing points indicator on the tile, this new display in the redeem options list ensures users are constantly informed of their points balance.
