Access Leaderboard

Learn how to access a summary of the recognition and voting results.

To access the Leaderboard, first, you need to log in to the JobPts application and click on the Leaderboard tile.

The Leaderboard lets you preview the results of recognition or nominations. 

On the first part of the page, you can select the view to display the Top Appreciators or Top Recipients. An option to search for a specific user is also available.

Below, you have two filters:

• Year Selection - Current year or last year
• Ranking View - can be selected from one of the below options:
  • Global Ranking (shows all users globally);
  • Country ranking (shows users from a country where user is logged in);
  • Organizational Unit Ranking (shows users from the user's organizational unit);
  • My Team (will appear as a filter only for the users that are managers);

* Note: Every user has a different view here, depend on organizational unit and country. If the Leaderboard has been set up by admin to reset each year, the Year Selection filter will not be displayed. 

On the right side, you have an action slider which will display several categories:

• Personal Rank as an Appreciator
• Personal Rank as Recipient
• Top 3 Reactions Gurus
• Top 3 Engagement Champions
• Top 3 Recognition Maestros
• Top 3 Recipients

* Note: Some of the categories in the slider can be configured from the Admin settings to not be displayed.

On the right side of the screen, you will see the Appreciation/Awardee Milestones section. Over here the pre-configured milestones with descriptions are displayed for each level, as well as the number of users in each milestone.

* Note: Peer to Peer rewards influence the ranking of Top recipients and Top appreciators.

When you select the Nominations tab, you will be displayed with the following section.

From the top of the page, you can select the nomination program for which you want the winners to be displayed, as well as search for a specific user. 

Once you've selected the program, you will be displayed all of the winners within the program. On the right side of the screen, you are presented with the program details as well as the time period the program was active.
