Access Leaderboard Tile

This article explains how companies can highlight top performers, whether they receive or give the most recognitions. This is displayed in the Leaderboard tile, featuring 'Top Recipients,' 'Top Appreciators,' and achievement badges.

The Leaderboard tile provides an overview of the recognitions employees have sent and received within the organization, allowing you to track overall recognition activity, view nomination winners, and monitor your personal rank as both an appreciator and a recipient.

To access the Leaderboard, first, you need to log in to the JobPts application and click on the Leaderboard tile.

On the first part of the page, you can select the view to display the Top Appreciators or Top Recipients. An option to search for a specific user is also available.

Below, you have two filters:

• Year Selection - Current Year or Last Year

• Ranking View can be customized using the following options:

  • Global Ranking – Displays all users across the organization.

  • Country Ranking – Shows users from the same country as the logged-in user.

  • Organizational Unit Ranking – Displays users within the same organizational unit.

  • My Team – Available only to managers, this filter shows rankings for their direct team members.

* Note: Every user has a different view here, depend on organizational unit and country. If the Leaderboard has been set up by admin to reset each year, the Year Selection filter will not be displayed. 

On the right side, you have an action slider which will display several categories:

• Personal Rank as an Appreciator
• Personal Rank as Recipient
• Top 3 Reactions Gurus
• Top 3 Engagement Champions
• Top 3 Recognition Maestros
• Top 3 Recipients

* Note: Certain categories in the slider can be configured in the Admin settings to be hidden from view. More details can be found in the following article.

On the right side of the screen, you will see the Appreciation/Awardee Milestones section. Over here the pre-configured milestones with descriptions are displayed for each level, as well as the number of users in each milestone.

When you select the Nominations tab, you will be displayed with the following section.

From the top of the page, you can select the nomination program for which you want the winners to be displayed, as well as you may search for a specific user. 

Once you have selected the program, you will be displayed all of the winners within the program. On the right side of the screen, you are presented with the program details as well as the time period the program was active.
