📢 What’s New

1. Project Voting

   The Project Voting functionality is part of the existing Incentives module, allowing logged-in users to allocate their votes to active sustainability projects based on the recognitions they have received or sent. Each logged-in user can vote for projects based on the number of recognitions they have received or sent, as configured by the admin. Votes are saved for each logged-in user, allowing modifications whenever they access the voting page, provided the project is still visible and active.

   Available To: All users eligible to participate in active sustainability campaigns.

🔧 Enhancements

1. Improved Visibility on Manager Budget

   We have enhanced the visibility of budgets related to manager approval. This update affects two types of budgets: Budget by Manager on Approval and Budget by Manager on Approval by Number of Subordinates.

   Where to Find It: Application

   Accessible for User Type: Managers

   Use Case: When a budget is allocated to a manager for approval, and that manager is also sending the award, the budget will be visible upon selecting recipients. On the Select Recipients page, if the user sending the award is connected to a budget requiring manager approval, the "Assistance" panel will include a new "Personal Budget" section. This section will display points currently being spent from the user's budget based on the selected recipients, as well as the remaining budget.

2. Convert Points for Individual User

   In this release, we have improved the functionality for converting points into local currency. Users can now view and click on the selected user to see the converted points even when only one recipient is selected. This enhancement provides greater visibility for users, ensuring they understand the value of the recognition being given.

3. Include Points Before the Local Currency

   We have added a feature that displays the points amount before the converted local currency value across all relevant pages. This enhancement improves clarity, allowing users to quickly understand the points being awarded alongside their monetary equivalent.

4. Edit Points in Selected Recipient(s) Modal

   We have implemented a new Edit Points functionality in the Selected Recipient(s) modal for programs linked to an organizational budget. Users can now adjust the point values directly within the modal without needing to navigate back and forth. This feature also includes alerts to inform users if selected recipients cannot receive the adjusted amount, ensuring that recognition remains compliant with program rules.
