Recognition Smart Search Experience

This article aims to streamline the recognition process by automatically displaying a list of recommended individuals based on predefined rules.

This feature helps users quickly identify the right person to recognize, enhancing efficiency and reducing the need for manual searching.

Login to JobPts -> Recognize -> My Available Programs -> Select a Monetary Program -> Select Award Value -> Select recipient(s)

Rules for Suggested Recipients in Recognition Programs

Eligibility Filter: Only eligible users for the selected program will be suggested.
People from Your Team (For Managers): If the user is a manager, direct reports who are eligible will be suggested, sorted by those not recognized recently.
Frequent Collaborators: Users who recognized the logged-in user more than once, sorted by most recent recognition activity.
People Not Recognized Recently: Eligible users from the same department/business unit who haven't been recognized in the past 90 days.
Select All: The “Select All” button appears when the user clicks on the search bar and types something. It will not show with the smart suggestions list.

General Considerations:

Each person appears only once.
If fewer than 7 users meet the criteria, random users fulfilling the rules will be shown until 7 suggestions are displayed.
No suggestions are shown if there are no valid matches.
Suggestions only appear when selecting "Individual(s)" and not "Teams".
