Redeem Custom Product

This article will help you learn how to redeem Custom Store products from the points you have earned.

Companies can create custom products in JobPts. In most cases, the company can add its own merchandise, branded items, or simple and unique awards (such as free parking lot, lunch with the management, etc.).

You can use your points to redeem a custom product if this is allowed by your company policy.

To redeem a custom product, log in to JobPts and follow these steps:

Login to JobPts -> Redeem Tile -> Custom Store ->  Select Custom Product from the Custom Catalogue 

Once you log in to JobPts, select the Redeem tile and proceed by selecting Custom Store from the Redeem Options list.

*Note: You will not be able to redeem custom products if 'custom' is not enabled in the System settings.

This leads you to the next screen with multiple Custom Catalogue products to choose from. Select one of the custom products by clicking on it. You can also use the filter on the right-side panel (Assistance) or the "Search Rewards" button in the upper right corner for easier access to the desired category. Catalogues may vary per country and company.

  • Once clicked, the user is redirected on the next page Custom Product Options
  • Select the value and click 'Redeem'

*Note: Depending on the custom product, some products will have a fixed price. Some custom products will allow you to choose the value you wish to redeem by using the scroll bar or just enter the right amount in the points box.

To proceed click the Redeem button.

You have now successfully redeemed a product from the custom catalogue.

You will receive an email confirmation with detailed information on how to use the redeemed custom product. Under My Rewards, you can always check the status of the custom product.
