Redeem Custom Product

This article will help you learn how to redeem Custom Store products from the points you have earned.

Companies can create custom products in JobPts. In most cases, the company can add its own merchandise, branded items, or simple and unique awards (such as free parking lot, lunch with the management, etc.).

You can use your points to redeem a custom product if this is allowed by your company policy.

To redeem a custom product, log in to JobPts and follow these steps:

Once you log in to JobPts, select the Redeem tile and proceed by selecting Custom Store from the Redeem Options list.

*Note: You will not be able to redeem custom products if 'custom'  is not enabled in the System settings.

This leads you to the next screen with multiple Custom Catalogue products to choose from. Select one of the custom products by clicking on it. You can also use the filter on the right-side panel (Assistance) or the "Search Rewards" button in the upper right corner for easier access to the desired category. Catalogues may vary per country and company.

• Once clicked, the selected card flips and reveals more information, such as the type of redemption and points value. 
• Click on the arrow to move forward with redeeming your award.

• Choose the information for the product that you want (in this case: size, color) and click Next.

*Note: Depending on the custom product, some products will have a fixed price. Some custom products will allow you to choose the value you wish to redeem by using the scroll bar or just enter the right amount in the points box.

On the next screen, you need to enter a valid shipping address where you want this product to be delivered and proceed by clicking Checkout. Image: JobPts application - Shipping details

*Note: make sure that you enter valid shipping information before clicking on Checkout

This step leads you to the confirmation page. If everything looks good, just click Redeem to finish the process.

You have now successfully redeemed a product from the custom catalogue.

You will receive an email confirmation with detailed information on how to use the redeemed custom product. Under My Rewards, you can always check the status of the custom product.

*Note: If you do not receive the email containing your eGift Card, be sure to check your spam folder in your email.
