This article will help you learn how to redeem earned recognition points for a donation.
JobPts users can redeem their earned points to donate for charity purposes and support an organization worldwide if this is allowed by their company policy
Login to JobPts -> Redeem Tile -> Donations -> Donations Project -> Select donation from the Donation Projects List -> Donation Options -> Confirmation -> Redeem -> Successfully Redeemed Donation Gift Card
To redeem a Donation, log in to the platform and select the Redeem tile and proceed by selecting Donations from the Redeem Options list.

*Note: You will not be able to redeem Donation if 'donation' is not enabled in the System settings.
After the new window with available Donation Projects opens, you can select a donation project from the list or use the Search Project capability. Also, you can filter Donation Projects according to the country where the charity organization operates, or you can use the Categories filter on the right-side panel (Assistance).

Continue by choosing one of the available donation cards and click on it. Please keep in mind that donations may vary per country and company.
- Once clicked, the selected donation card flips and reveals more information like the type of program it covers and the issues it solves
- Click on the arrow to move forward with redeeming a Donation.

- Choose the value you wish to redeem by using the scroll bar, or just enter the right amount in the points box and click Proceed to Confirmation.

*Note: In the assistance panel, you will see the Gift Card value in a local currency.

Next is the confirmation page. If everything looks good, select Redeem to finish the process.

You have now successfully created your Donation Gift Card.

You will receive an email confirmation with a donation link and relevant information on how to finalize the donation process. By clicking on the donation link you will be taken to the Donation Project website where you can use the gift card.
Under My Awards, you can always check your donation.
*Note: If you do not receive the email containing your eGift Card, be sure to check your spam folder in your email.
