Redeem Memorable Experience
Learn how you can further enrich your Redeem options with experiential awards.
JobPts users can enjoy in redeeming their received points by booking an well deserved holiday, travel or a lifetime experience with the new integration with a TripAdvisor company - Viator, the world's largest online marketplace for tours, activities, and attractions.
Login to JobPts -> Redeem Tile -> Experiences
To start booking your amazing new journey you need to log in to the application and click on the Redeem tile and then chose Experiences from the Redeem Options list.

Selecting the Experiences option will lead you to the next screen the Experience catalog with variety of Viator products to choose from. You can select one of the cards by clicking on it.

At start, there will be a section Top Rated Experiences or whatever name is decided afterwards, that will contain suggested products shown by rating High - Low.
Several Search options are available to get the desired results:
- Search Experiences - search input
- Select Dates - products that are available in that timeframe
- Categories - list of categories from which the users can filter out products (Left for version 2.0)
- Select Country - list of countries from which the user can filter out products
Each product will display the following information:
- Title
- Image
- Shortened Description (when clicked, the selected card flips and reveals short description and information)
- Rating
- Destination
- From Price
Once you've found your desired experience click on the arrow to move forward with redeeming your product.

This step leads you to the Experience Details Page. On this screen, information will be shown about:
- Product overview - detailed description of the product.
- Slider with image from the selected product - different images to present the overall experience of the product.
- Product rating
- Product destination

On this screen, you can choose or Select Travelers (number of passengers), Pick a date and Check the Availability for the selected parameters.
Furthermore, information about What's included, Additional Info and Cancelation Policy are provided.
After the user has selected dates and number of passengers, below the image slider, a section will appear containing all the available product options that can be booked.
Each option shall display short description, price details (by traveler / by group, depending on the product), Book Now button.

On the bottom of the screen, sections containing product description (the same description shown on the previous screen when product card is flipped), additional info, cancelation policy, inclusions and exclusions etc. will be shown.

In this screen the Checkout Page, there are several sections regarding the product and the information that the user needs to fill in:
On the top, there will be a section that will show a summary regarding:
- Title
- Thumbnail image
- Date
- Total - Price in your local currency
- Total Price (In Points)
- Amount taken from points
- Charged from credit card

- Traveler Details
- Tour Details ( Special Requirements and Language Guide)
- Contact Information
Below this section, the booking questions regarding the product will be shown. These questions can be mandatory, conditional or optional, depending on the question.
After the redeem process is finished successfully, the Confirmation screen will be shown.
On this screen, the user will be shown final information regarding the product, such as:
- Viator image
- Product name
- Total points
- Total Amount (Currency)

If everything looks good, just click Checkout to finish the process.
You will receive an email confirmation with detailed information on your redeemed experience.

Under
My Awards, you can always check all the experience details and information by clicking on the card.
There is an Request Cancellation option available to the users in case and due to some unexpected occurrences they wont be able to use this experience.
To cancel an experience go to My Awards then select the Redeemed Rewards tab. Select the experience you want to cancel by clicking on the card.

From the Redeemed Reward Details screen in the upper right corner click Request Cancellation > and your experience will be cancelled.
