      Redeem eGift Card

      This article will help you learn how to redeem the eGift card award from the points you have earned.

      You can use your received points to redeem a eGift card.

      Login to JobPts -> Redeem Tile -> eGift ->  Select eGift Card from the Egift Cards list -> Next -> Redeem -> Successfully Created Gift Card

      Once you log in to JobPts, click the Redeem tile and proceed by selecting eGift from the Redeem Options list.

      If you do not have enough points or you wish to add more value to your eGift Card, you can use your credit card to top up credits if this is allowed by your company policy

      This leads you to the next screen with multiple eGift Card Options to choose from. Select one of the cards by clicking on it. You can also use the filter on the right-side panel (Assistance) or the "Search Rewards" button in the upper right corner for easier access to the desired category. Catalogs may vary per country and company.

      • Once clicked, the selected card flips and reveals more information, such as the type of redemption and the range of points available to redeem. 
      • Click on the arrow to move forward with redeeming your award.

      • Choose the value you wish to redeem by using the scroll bar, or just enter the right amount in the points box and click Next.

      This step leads you to the confirmation page. If everything looks good, just click Redeem to finish the process.

      You have now successfully created your eGift card that is ready to use.

      You will receive an email confirmation with detailed information on how to use the redeemed e-card. Under My Awards, you can always check the status of the voucher.

      *Note: If you do not receive the email containing your eGift Card, be sure to check your spam folder in your email.
