Sustainability Projects Report

This report gives administrators valuable insights into which projects received the most votes during a specific campaign. It includes three tabs: Sustainability Projects Overview, Project Voters Overview and Available Votes Per User. For detailed guidance on managing sustainability projects, see also the Manage Sustainability Projects article.

To start, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. From the left-side panel, click on Operational Reports and then on Sustainability Projects.

To view more details, first select a campaign. Once selected, the Sustainability Projects Overview tab will display the number of votes the campaign has received, along with the project’s start and end dates.

Project Voters Overview

This tab shows the users who voted for the selected project, along with their full name, username, number of votes they cast and the project’s start and end dates.

The third tab, Available Votes Per User, provides an overview of how many votes each participant has available to use in the selected campaign.

This report gives administrators a clear overview of campaign performance, highlighting the most-voted projects, voter details, and project durations. The Available Votes Per User tab provides insight into participants' available votes, enabling admins to effectively manage and monitor campaign engagement.
