Automated anniversary and welcoming gift celebrations for streamlined HR management

  1. User Preference Anniversary Configuration
    A new User Preference Anniversary Configuration section has been added for HR admins, offering greater control over anniversary settings. This feature allows admins to manage specific configurations such as fixed celebration dates, expiration periods, and reminders. These settings are only activated when the anniversary type requires the user to select an item. Key updates include:
    1. Fixed Celebration Date: Option to set all anniversaries within the month to be celebrated on a specific day, such as the first of the month.
    2. Reminders: Automated reminders can be set for recipients who havenโ€™t redeemed their anniversary items, with additional reminder options to ensure follow-up.
    3. Expiration: Items will expire if not redeemed within 30 days, with a backup option available to extend the expiration date.
    4. Manager Notifications: Email notifications are sent to managers, notifying them of upcoming anniversary celebrations within the month.

      This feature automates the anniversary process, reducing manual work and errors, such as incorrect addresses. It supports clients in managing their monthly budgets by ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both admins and recipients.

  2. New Hire Service and Automated Welcoming Gift
    A new feature has been introduced in the Admin Center for creating service for new hires. This feature automatically sends a predefined swag item as a welcoming gift to new employees upon detection of their hire date. Once a new employee is onboarded, the following actions will occur:
    • Swag Item Delivery: A defined swag item is automatically sent to the employee as a welcome gift.
    • Email and In-App Notifications: The employee will receive both an email notification and an in-app notification about the gift, enhancing their onboarding experience.
    • Automatic Shipping: The swag item is shipped automatically to the employee's address, as defined in the HR core system, eliminating manual steps and ensuring a seamless process.
    This feature streamlines the onboarding experience, ensuring that new employees are welcomed promptly and consistently, with minimal effort from HR or administrative teams.
