Manager view extended to include events from direct reports
Logged-in managers can now see events related to their direct reports, in addition to existing visibility based on department and team. This enhancement ensures managers have a more complete view of relevant celebrations and milestones.

Notifications for new congratulations added to Memory Book
Users will now receive notifications—both in-app and via email—whenever a new congratulation is added to their Memory Book, even if it’s sent belatedly. This ensures users are always informed and can engage with every message shared for their milestone moments.Scenarios covered:
- When the moment occurs and no congratulations exist:
An email will notify the user that their Memory Book has been created. - When the Memory Book already exists:
Each new congratulation added later will trigger:- An in-app notification: “A new congratulation just appeared in your memory book. Take a look!”
- An email with subject “Celebrating Your Moment” and a personalized message encouraging the user to view the newly added congratulation.
Both notification types include a button linking to the awards detail page for easy access.
