Communication Experience Updates

The Q3 release focuses on improving content organization, user engagement, and communication workflows streamlining.

The Q3 release introduces Section Management, an updated Employee Profile Page, Requests for Communication, Workzone Integration, Excel Import for Campaign Recipients, along with enhancements to AI-driven bar charts and survey features. 

๐Ÿ“ข Whatโ€™s New

 

1. Application sections management: We are introducing a new feature in the Nurture that allows super administrators to create, delete, and rename sections for organizing communications.

Content generators can now select the appropriate section for each communication from a dropdown menu listing all active sections defined by the super administrator.

For the employees, this update ensures that communications are better categorized and easily accessible, with all sections clearly displayed in the application.

  • User-Friendly Experience: Employees benefit from a clearer layout of communications, leading to improved engagement and information retention.

The Section Management in Employee Application feature will impact and benefit the following user groups:

  • Super Administrators:
    • Impact: Super administrators will have control over how communications are structured and organized within the employee application.
    • Benefit: They can easily manage sections (create, delete, rename) to better align communications with organizational needs, ensuring more relevant and categorized content for employees.
  • Content Generators:
    • Impact: Content generators will have a streamlined process for assigning communications to the appropriate sections.
    • Benefit: The ability to select from pre-defined sections ensures that their messages are categorized effectively, enhancing the relevance and visibility of communications for employees.
  • Employees:
    • Impact: Employees will experience improved organization and clarity when accessing communications.
    • Benefit: They will have easier access to important messages that are organized into clearly defined sections, making it quicker to find relevant information.

2. Employee Profile Page: The updated employee profile page provides a more detailed and user-friendly interface. Employees can view information maintained by the company under the new Account Details tab and manage personal settings, such as their preferred application language. Additionally, employees can now confirm their consent to receive push browser notifications directly from their profile, ensuring they stay informed with important updates.


3. Requests for Communication: This new feature allows employees to request communications directly from the employee application, empowering them to have content created on their behalf by the communications team. Employees can submit a request by providing essential details such as context, a short description, target audience, and links to additional information.

Content generators can access a dedicated dashboard where all communication requests are listed, displaying key information including: Requestor, Proposed go-live date, Communication title, Summary and action items, Key details (What you need to know), Status (To do, In progress, Completed), Relevant links, Submitter's email address, Target audience

The dashboard is available as a separate page, giving content creators a streamlined view to efficiently manage and fulfill communication requests.

4. Workzone Integration for Communication Requests: This new integration allows employees to submit communication requests directly from the Workzone platform. By streamlining communication across platforms, this feature enhances collaboration and ensures that messages and tasks are efficiently managed between Workzone and the communication platform, reducing manual effort and improving workflow consistency.

 

5. Import Campaign Recipients via Excel Using Email Address: This new feature simplifies the process of adding recipients to campaigns. Users can now import recipient lists directly from Excel files using email addresses, enabling quicker and more efficient campaign setup and management for large-scale

๐Ÿ”ง Enhancements

1. Bar Chart for AI - Improved: Weโ€™ve enhanced the AI-driven bar chart feature, delivering more accurate and visually appealing data representations. These improvements offer users clearer insights into trends, performance metrics, and analytics, empowering better data-driven decisions.


2. Update Oxygen to the Latest Version: With this release, weโ€™ve updated the Oxygen component to the latest version. This update improves system performance, stability, and security, ensuring a more reliable and faster platform experience.

3. Create Survey and Reply Survey Page Improvements: The survey functionality has been updated with significant enhancements. The design of the Create Survey page has been streamlined for easier navigation, while the Reply Survey page now offers a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. These improvements ensure a smoother, more efficient survey creation and response process for users.


4. PEN Testing Find - Resolve Broken Access Control Vulnerability: Following PEN testing, weโ€™ve addressed a critical broken access control vulnerability. This fix strengthens the platformโ€™s security, ensuring that sensitive information remains protected and user permissions are enforced correctly.
