      1. Feedback Analytics for Feedback Intelligence Tool
        The Feedback Intelligence Tool now includes Feedback Analytics for managers, providing them with a comprehensive overview of what is happening within their team. Managers will have the ability to:

        • View a detailed overview of their team, including what feedback each team member has received.
        • Access individual user profiles, along with all feedback transactions (both sent and received).
        • Gain insights into their own impact within the team, helping them understand how their feedback influences team dynamics.
        • Compare their performance against a defined benchmark or with other managers in similar roles, providing a clear view of how they are performing relative to peers.

        This update allows managers to not only track feedback activity but also assess their influence and performance within the team, fostering a more data-driven approach to leadership and feedback management.

        The Email Notifications for Feedback Intelligence feature ensures that both senders and recipients are notified via email whenever feedback is submitted. Previously, the Feedback Intelligence tool did not trigger notifications, making it difficult for recipients to stay informed about new feedback. With this update, users will receive immediate email alerts, improving communication and ensuring feedback is acknowledged in real-time.

      🔧 Enhancements
      1. Limit Feedback Options for Better User Experience
        To improve the user experience, we have implemented a limit on the number of feedback options presented to users. Previously, there was no limit to the number of sentences returned, which could overwhelm users and complicate the feedback process. With this update, the number of feedback options will be streamlined, making it easier for users to choose the most relevant responses without feeling overloaded.
