1. Redesigned feedback analytics dashboard for managers and employees
   The Feedback Analytics pages for managers and employees have been fully redesigned with a modern, responsive layout that aligns with the current platform design. The update improves the visual presentation of existing data without changing any underlying calculations or logic. New charts—such as pie charts for feedback type, progress meters for team reach, and comparative visuals for inside vs. outside recognition—help users quickly understand feedback patterns across selected timeframes (30 days, 6 months, 12 months).

   Available To: All users with access to feedback analytics
