This article will help you learn how to redeem a Merchandise Item from the points you have earned.
You can use your points to buy a Merchandise Item from Amazon if this is allowed by your company policy.
Login to JobPts -> Redeem Tile -> Merchandise - Amazon -> Select category from the catalog -> Select Item -> Shipping Options -> Checkout -> Confirmation -> Redeem -> Successfully Purchased Item
Log in to JobPts, click the Redeem tile, and choose Amazon from the Merchandise section.

*Note: You will not be able to redeem a Merchandise item if ''amazon' is not enabled as an option in the System settings.
Once there, you can continue by selecting categories from the displayed catalog or use the filters to browse for the item of your choice:
- Search Product box allows you to type the name of the item you want to purchase
- Sort By helps you sort the items by price or relevance
- Categories gives you the availability to filter by categories
Click on the preferred category or use the filters (ex. Beauty and Personal Care).

If you do not have enough points or you wish to add more value to your Merchandise item, you can use your credit card to top up credits if this is allowed by your company policy
To continue, select an item from the catalog.

In items options, depending on the selected product, you will be able to customize your item under Product Options and check stock availability. Once ready, continue to the Shipping Options.

Make sure your shipping details are correct, select Shipping Payment and continue to Checkout.

On the Amazon item checkout details page, verify the information by scrolling down and checking the disclaimer and data box as confirmed. It shows a summary of how many points converted in local currency will be deducted from your account, including the shipping value. Once ready to purchase your item, click Redeem.

You have now Successfully Purchased an Amazon item.

A confirmation email will arrive that you have successfully placed an order. Once the item is shipped to the address, you will receive a second email that contains the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
*Note: If you do not receive the emails containing the above information, be sure to check your spam folder.
