What is the Average Implementation and Deployment Time?

We see projects going live under 12 weeks and some may take longer depending on the complexity of the scope.

Our integrations are turnkey, requiring minimal coordination effort with the JobPts implementation team, the HR IT admin, or an implementation partner needs to provision technical users and the right permissions for the integration. In an ideal scenario, the normal implementation following our standard methodology can take around 12 weeks including the communication planning of the pre- and post-go-live communication plan of the organization.  

The Semos Cloud account team works with customers in both pre-and post-implementation phases of the project. They work closely with the customerโ€™s HR business, IT teams and all other customer roles, as well as other external partners that might be involved. The CSM (customer success manager) meets on a cadence with the assigned customer team for developing and modifying, employee recognition programs and strategies in order to always deliver better results. These cadences are happening all the way throughout the contract.   

They all work together to orchestrate the end-to-end implementation of the recognition and rewards program, helping lead to a successful outcome and meeting business and end-user goals. They establish cadence and agree on the steps and tasks to be worked on using Semos Cloudโ€™s project management platform where all team members can collaborate, track due dates, and enjoy full transparency.
