- Redesigned Manager Statement Report
The Manager Statement Report has been redesigned to enhance both its functionality and user experience. In addition to the updated look and feel, a new configuration option has been added for admins to control the scope of the exported report. Now, admins can choose whether to export data for only the hierarchy visible to the manager or allow the manager to export data for all employees within the organization.
Furthermore, managers will no longer see only their direct reports in the list. Instead, they will be able to view the same set of users displayed in their analytics hierarchy, providing a more comprehensive and consistent view across the platform.

Use Case: Managers higher in the organizational hierarchy often have limited visibility when only viewing their direct reports or a few levels below. This enhancement ensures that they can see a more complete picture of their team, improving their ability to make informed decisions and manage their entire team effectively, not just those directly under their oversight. - Editing Options for Sent Awards
To provide more flexibility when managing awards, a new enhancement has been introduced in the Sent Awards section of the application. Users now have the ability to edit the gif or ecard attached to a previously sent award, or add one if none was attached in the original message. This change applies to all program types, including recognition, nomination, and celebration awards. The rest of the editing options, such as modifying the message text, will remain unchanged.
