This article will guide you through the process of redeeming Virtual cards using the points you have earned in the application.
You can use your points to buy a Virtual Card if this is allowed by your company policy.
To redeem a Virtual Card, log in to the platform, and follow the steps below.
Login to JobPts -> Redeem Tile -> Virtual Card -> Select Virtual Card -> Redeem
Log in to JobPts, click the Redeem tile and proceed by selecting Virtual Card from the Redeem options list.
*Note: You will not be able to redeem a Virtual Card if 'virtual card' is not enabled in the System settings.

If you do not have enough points or you wish to add more value to your Virtual card, you can use your credit card to top up credits if this is allowed by your company policy
This leads you to the next screen with available Virtual Cards where you can choose the desired provider. Catalogs may vary per country and company.
Select the preferred Virtual Card by clicking on it.

Once clicked you will be directed on the next page.

- Choose the value you want to redeem by using the scroll bar, or just enter the right amount in the local currency box and click Redeem.
The next step takes you to the Confirm Redemption Modal. If everything looks good, just click Redeem to finish the process.

You have now successfully redeemed your Virtual Card that is ready to use. To view more details, click the "My Awards" button.

When clicked on the card, you will see the voucher details, including the card value, redemption date, product status, the activation code and/or activation link.

You will receive an email confirmation with detailed information to use the redeemed Virtual Card.
Under My Rewards, you can always check the status of the card.
*Note: If you do not receive the email containing your eGift Card, be sure to check your spam folder in your email.
