This article will help you learn how to redeem a Virtual Card from the points you have earned.
You can use your points to buy a Virtual Card that you can further use according to your needs and wishes if this is allowed by your company policy.
To redeem a Virtual Card, log in to the platform, and follow the steps below.
Login to JobPts -> Redeem Tile -> Virtual Card -> Select Virtual Card -> Enter points -> Next -> Redeem
Log in to JobPts, click the Redeem tile and proceed by selecting Virtual Card from the Redeem Options list.
*Note: You will not be able to redeem a Virtual Card if 'virtual card' is not enabled in the System settings.

If you do not have enough points or you wish to add more value to your Virtual card, you can use your credit card to top up credits if this is allowed by your company policy
This leads you to the next screen with available Virtual Cards where you can choose the desired provider. Catalogs may vary per country and company.
Select the preferred Virtual Card by clicking on it.

- Once clicked, the selected card flips and reveals more information, such as Merchant Name, Type of Redemption, and the range of points available to redeem.
- Click on the arrow to move forward with redeeming your Virtual Card.

- Choose the value you want to redeem by using the scroll bar, or just enter the right amount in the points box and click Next.

*Note: On the right side, you can read the Terms and Conditions about using the Virtual Card for shopping.
The next step takes you to the confirmation page. If everything looks good, just click Redeem to finish the process.

You have now successfully redeemed your Virtual Card that is ready to use.

You will receive an email confirmation with detailed information to use the redeemed Virtual Card. Keep in mind this email contains a unique code that must be activated in 3 to 6 months depending on the merchant's policy.
Once you activate the unique code, you will need to create a profile from where you will be granted access to your credit card credentials.
From here, you can choose between Virtual Card and Physical Card that can be mailed to your home address. The card will be valid for 12 months after activation.
Under My Rewards, you can always check the status of the card.
*Note: If you do not receive the email containing your eGift Card, be sure to check your spam folder in your email.
