      1. Deleted posts are now treated as final and excluded from publishing
        To maintain content quality and prevent accidental republishing, posts deleted by global admins will now be treated as finalized. Once a post is deleted, it will no longer appear in any publishing workflows and will behave the same as a published post in all relevant areas. These changes ensure consistent logic across the platform: once a post is either published or deleted by a global admin, it cannot be re-entered into the publishing flow.

        Special case handling:
        If a global admin deletes a post where they are also the award recipient, the system treats the deletion as if performed by a regular user. In this case, the post remains eligible for publishing and will appear in the recipient’s My Awards section with the publish option still available.

        Use Case: Ensures deleted posts are fully removed from all publishing actions while preserving recipient rights in self-recognition scenarios.

      2. Date filter added to Culture Profiles dashboard (Company & Department Pages)
        A new date filter allows users to view recognition data for a specific time period, with a maximum range of 12 months. The dashboard now defaults to the last 12 months or starts from the first recorded transaction if the instance is newer. The filter applies across Company and Department tabs and preserves the selected range when switching views. The "Compare Departments" section always shows the latest 4 months based on the selected end date. To reduce duplication, the department page layout has been updated and filtering logic is now handled in a single component.
