What Reporting and Analytics Services can you Support?

Admin Reports and Dashboard

Our platform has many different reports at your disposal to break down the data within the platform. Do you want to see who was recognized, by whom, and when? Thereโ€™s a report for that. Do you want to see taxes paid? Thereโ€™s a report for that, too.

Our solution has extensive self-service reporting capabilities within the Admin Center. More than 25 reports are available out-of-the-box and documented here.

All of your information is available for you to see, and if we donโ€™t have a particular report you need (though weโ€™d be surprised if thatโ€™s the case) you can download all your data and organize it however you like to see the results you want.  If anytime throughout the contract there is a need for a new dashboard, report, or customization and modification of any report need to be done, customer can contact our customer success manager to discuss and hand over the requirements, for the Semos team to develop and deliver them. 

Manager Statements and Analytics

For people managers, besides the award activity reports that are available through the notifications panel, we provide Analytics tile, where beyond the operational reports, we also provide KPIs visualizing how much recognition is coming from their vs outside their organizations, who are their best performers, and what their engagement score is.

Additionally, managers are able to drill down into analytics for each individual member of their team and see how is that particular member engaging on the platform: how many (and which) recognitions has an employee sent, how many (and which) recognitions has an employee received, and what were the award reasons/behaviours the employee was recognized for.

BI Analytics and Dashboards

The ad-hoc builder and dashboarding where customer can combine data from the SuccessFactors or another HR system (e.g. Absence Data) and correlate with recognition data from JobPts is available through the SAP Analytics Cloud.   With the SAP Analytics Cloud solution, you can bring together analytics and planning with unique integration to SAP applications and smooth access to heterogenous data sources.  The robust data analytics features allow you to go beyond the standard capabilities of the out-of-the-box HR reporting tools.
