  1. Recognition Copilot: sam.os ๐Ÿค–
    With the recognition copilot you are not only assisted in crafting thoughtful appreciation messages but it also generates AI-enhanced images to complement your sentiments. Elevate your recognition game by simplifying the message-writing process and adding a personalized touch to every appreciation.

  2. Message Quality Indicator
    The Message Quality Indicator is a feature designed to enhance the assessment of message quality when sending recognitions. While admins have the option to disable this feature on a platform level, we highly recommend its use. Enabling this feature empowers users to craft more impactful recognition messages, adding significant value to each recognition.

    Not everyone is a skilled writer, but by incorporating details such as the recipient's behaviors, project examples, the uniqueness of the message, and acknowledgment of a job well done, the message gains considerable strength. Steer away from simple 'Thank you!' messages, encouraging senders to add greater value to each recognition message they send.

  3. Recognition Analytics & Multi-Level Insights
    Experience a complete redesign of Recognition Analytics, featuring extensive configuration options. Managers now have the ability to view beyond their direct reports, extending up to three levels down in the hierarchy. Introducing a new comparison tile, managers can compare two users within their team, gaining valuable insights. Additionally, the list view provides managers with a comprehensive overview of individuals in their hierarchy who hold managerial roles, along with a detailed analysis of their engagement impact.

๐Ÿ”ง Enhancements

  1. Team Self-Inclusion
    This release introduces the ability for users to include themselves in a team and extend recognitions and feedback to the teams they are members of. Previously, users were not able to include themselves into the team they belong to, so each time someone wanted to send recognition to his team, a new team should have been created without the sender in it. With this enhancement anyone can include himself to a team, and team members can also use the same team for recognition purposes. The recognition, however, will be directed only to other team members, excluding the sender.

  2. eCards in Manage Points
    Admins now have the flexibility to not only send appreciative messages but also attach meaningful eCards to their recognitions. This dynamic feature empowers administrators to convey recognition with enriched context, fostering a more engaging and personalized employee experience. Available in sending individual recognition, or through bulk upload from an excel file.
