How does the Program Delivery work?

Understanding the program delivery model and deliverables

Program delivery is also a big part of the project and involves the discovery of all the pieces around which the whole puzzle is built.  At the beginning it is always important to understand who the responsible parties are, what are the deliverables, and how we will work to deliver them. 

First things first, we will start with identifying the key players. Understandably, that would be customer R&R program team consisted of the HR and IT team representatives and on Semos Cloud side will be your dedicated CSM (Customer Success Manager) with close collaboration of our solution architects and support teams like solution support or communication experts depending on the requirements of the deliverables.

And while we are there, we will just mention some of the deliverables: 

• Program design (we will design end to end workflow of each program)   
• Onboarding and configuration 
• Technology implementation and IT services 
• End-user support  
• Training, enablement  and change management
• Communication and creative 
• Standard reporting 
• Adoption and metrics 

Also, it is good to mention that we collaborate with onsite CSM from the HR / HCM vendor you are using with whom you are enjoying hopefully a very healthy relationship on the project.  Important to also note is that all the planning and collaboration will be performed via dedicated online onboarding platform provided by Semos Cloud specifically for the needs of this project.
