  1. Culture Intelligence Overview with Enhanced Filters
    Explore comprehensive KPI insights on our Overview page, fully developed with valid data. Admins can now filter data for specific criteria, including departments with the lowest employee tenure, employee retention, most recognized teams, gender-based employee engagement, and more. Customizable filters and tooltips provide in-depth information for informed decision-making. Alerts and benchmarks keep you on track for better engagement, approver efficiency, and managerial platform utilization.

  2.  Unveiling the Approver Efficiency Tab
    In this release, we introduce the new Approver Efficiency Tab, a powerful report that provides valuable insights into the manager's and approvers platform's usage and effectiveness. Track both, manager and approver activity over time, evaluate timeliness of recognition approvals, and assess the appropriateness of recognitions with precision. Gain deeper understanding and improve recognition processes with this feature-packed report, which also offers the option to export its data.

  3. Revamped System Settings and Culture Intelligence Configuration
    Experience a streamlined system settings page with organized tabs and informative descriptions. Configure your currency, financial preferences, user experience, filters, proxy settings, admin preferences, and more with ease. Plus, take control of Culture Intelligence with the ability to activate or deactivate specific tabs and setting benchmark for ensuring a tailored experience for your organization.

  4. Maintenance Mode Control for Dev Admin Users
    Introducing a streamlined way to manage maintenance mode! Dev admin users can now easily control and activate the maintenance mode when necessary. The 'Maintenance Mode' configuration page under 'Support' allows super admin users to enable or disable maintenance mode with a simple click. When enabled, all users, except super admins, will be redirected to a dedicated maintenance page with a timer. This feature ensures efficient maintenance updates and system accessibility management.

  1. Manager Notification under Employee Tenure
    In our Culture Intelligence Dashboard, specifically within the Employee Tenure Tab, we've introduced a powerful tool that puts you in control. Now, as an admin, you have the ability to initiate a call to action. You can choose to notify either all managers or specific managers about employees who may need a recognition boost.

  2.  Notify Unengaged Users and Export YoS Data
    Experience a more empowered approach to employee retention. Admins can now send reminders to unengaged employees and managers, fostering higher engagement levels. Additionally, we've introduced an option to export a valuable Excel file, providing insights into turnover by Year of Service (YoS) for better strategic planning.

  3. Campaign Visibility and User Spending Control
    Admin's configuration has been updated with two powerful additions to System Settings. Now, under the Recognition options section, a new checkbox gives you the ability to determine the visibility of campaign types like Subsidy, Health, and Earn Points on the app. Simply check the box to make them visible or keep it unchecked for a clean state.
    'User Daily Dollar Spending Limit' field enables you to manually set a maximum daily spending threshold per user, ensuring compliance with money laundering policies.

  4. Enhanced Budget Notifications: Including Local Admins
    Previously, our automatic budget insertion triggered emails for global admins only.

    With this enhancement, our automated budget insertion notifications will now include local admins. This ensures that whenever 'Auto insert' transactions update budgets, all admins related to their area of responsibility will be notified for this matter.

  5. Enhanced Nomination Program Report
    As reporting needs might vary, two new checkboxes have been added under the voting section to give admins more control over the displayed data (Include voters & Include Non-Voters). These checkboxes will be available once you've selected a nomination program. Additionally, if you've already chosen a nomination program in one of the tabs, the system will remember your selection as you navigate through the other tabs. This streamlines your reporting process and eliminates the need to repeatedly reselect the same program.

  6. More Control in Social Feed Configuration Page 
    Social Feed Configuration page has reorganized it into clear labels for better organization. Now you can easily manage posts with User-Controlled, Auto-Published, and Program-Defined categories, while also filtering content as needed. Plus, enjoy the new option to exclude attachments from your social feed wall.
    We've supercharged celebrations too! by  introducing Automated Birthdays alongside expanded anniversary options, giving you more ways to engage users.

  7. Set the Number of Active Landing Images
    Within the 'Application Settings' section, we're adding a new text field called 'Limit Landing Images.' Here, you can specify the maximum number of landing images you want to have active simultaneously. This puts you in control, and based on the limit you define, administrators will have the freedom to activate that exact number of landing images. It's a straightforward way to ensure your landing page is as dynamic and engaging as your organization needs it to be.

  8. Comprehensive E-card Management Upgrades
    The 'E-card Image' section has evolved into 'E-card Details,' incorporating a mandatory 'Title' field during eCard creation or editing. Additionally, we've added a 'Title' column in the main view for quick reference and introduced a 'Title' search field, simplifying eCard searching and management. Additionally, in the Admin - Account - Ecard section, you can now select multiple contexts when creating ecards. This improvement streamlines the process and eliminates the need to select the same ecard multiple times for different contexts. Enjoy more flexibility and efficiency in crafting the perfect ecards for every occasion.

  9. Admin Page Reorganization
    We've given our Admin pages a fresh makeover, prioritizing improved organization and user-friendliness. This update streamlines navigation and guarantees a more intuitive experience for every member of our team.

    As a crucial part of this transformation, we're thrilled to introduce the 'User Data Editing Center.' What's exciting is that it no longer requires exclusive management by dev admins; instead, it's now a page that can be assigned to any admin role, providing greater flexibility and control.

  10. Control SMS Functionality
    Previously, SMS functionality for P2P programs and Moments That Matter was always active. Now, with this new setting in the system settings page, administrators have the power to toggle it on or off, giving them complete control over whether this communication method is used. When turned off, SMS communication will no longer appear in the admin program configuration.

  11. Enhance Translation Capability for Landing Pages

    You'll notice a change in how text editing is managed for an existing landing configuration. To maintain consistency and avoid potential errors, we have disabled the ability to edit text directly within the active tile configuration.
