Nomination sender and certificate download for 1st-ranked winners
Admins are now required to define a Sender when ranking a winner in first place. The sender must be selected from active users via a searchable dropdown. This field is mandatory for all 1st-ranked nominations (individual and team) and must be filled before saving or announcing. An alert appears if the field is left empty.Once the sender is saved, a Nomination Certificate column will appear next to the Sender field. Admins can download certificates for each 1st-ranked winner, even before official announcements. Alerts will inform admins if they download certificates before confirmation. For team winners, the certificate will include all member certificates in a single PDF.
The sender becomes read-only after the nomination is announced and is stored in reports. The award will also appear in the senderโs Sent Awards tile. The certificate and sender field are removed if a nomination is re-ranked below 1st place.
The Sender is also included in the export file next to the Rank column, and will show โN/Aโ for ranks other than 1. The column is visible only if at least one 1st-ranked nomination exists.

Breakdown of payment method in Redeemed Rewards reports
The Redeemed Rewards reports now display a clear breakdown of how much was paid using points and how much was paid via personal credit card (Stripe). Two new columns have been added to the export: โPaid with Pointsโ and โPaid with Personal Card.โ
The โPaid with Personal Cardโ column appears only if Stripe is enabled in system settings or if any transaction in the report involves Stripe.
These changes apply to both the user-facing Redeemed Rewards report and the internal Redeemed Rewards โ All report used by the support team.
Where to Find: Admin > Transactional Reports > Redeemed Rewards
Further Information: Learn more in our detailed documentation.
Available To: All admins with access to reward reports
Use Case: Improves transparency of mixed-payment transactions by clearly showing how each reward was funded. - Automatic cache refresh after program and content updates
The system now automatically clears cache when a recognition or nomination program is created or updated, including changes to translations and related configurations. This ensures that newly added or modified content is immediately reflected on the Recognition Programs page upon reload, without requiring manual intervention.
Use Case: Ensures that updates to programs and related content are visible immediately, removing the need for manual cache-clearing scripts. - Updated budget allocation logic for sender-approval programs
When a recognition program uses an Organizational Budget and the approval is configured to route through the senderโs manager, the budget is now allocated and deducted from the senderโs organizational unit. Previously, all transactions were tied to the recipientโs unit regardless of approval type. This change ensures proper budget alignment based on the approval flow and applies across program setup, budget definitions, and transaction processing.
Where to Find: Admin > Program > Budget Configuration
Available To: All administrators managing recognition budgets
Use Case: Ensures accurate budget tracking by aligning budget allocation and deductions with the senderโs org unit when sender-approval flows are used. -
Improved deletion logic for recognition awards with updated inventory model
When an admin deletes an award, the system now clears associated recognition points from wallet and transaction records. Deleted transactions are fully removed from all user-facing views and reports, ensuring they no longer affect user balances or appear in the platform.
Where to Find:
- Admin > Reports > Completed Transactions โ All
- Admin > System Administration > Delete Recognition Award
Available To: Global admins and support users
Further Information: Learn more in our detailed documentation.Notes to consider:
- Deletion is allowed for non-monetary awards and monetary awards that are automatically approved or have zero approval levels.
- Transactions in auto-redeem programs are not eligible for deletion.
- Before deletion, the system checks that the user has sufficient points and that the points from the transaction havenโt already been spent.
