1. Transform Appreciation into NFT
Experience the excitement of transforming your recognition messages into NFT Tokens with our latest feature integration. Upon receiving a recognition message, simply navigate to your profile's 'My Awards' section, where you'll find the option to 'Mint to NFT Token.' Choose AI image, or Company defined image and the appreciation is converted.  Your award is immortalized as an NFT. You can then transfer it to your personal wallet or proudly showcase it in the company collection. Explore the power of recognition in a whole new way!

2. Recognition and Nomination Tile Separation
Introduce separate tiles for recognitions and nominations, providing users with distinct interfaces for each type of program. This enhancement allows for clearer organization and navigation, with the option to view recognition programs, nomination programs, or both on separate tiles.

3. Justification Option for Nominations with Approvals
Enable senders to provide justifications for their nominations in approval workflows. With this feature, administrators can configure nomination programs to include a sender justification option, allowing senders to explain the reason for their nomination, which is  then transmitted to the designated approver for review.

4. Transfer Unused Budget Option
Introduce an option in the Create and Edit functions within Recognize to enable the transfer of unused budget. This option, labeled 'use unused budget', allows users to utilize funds from previous periods that have not been expended instead of inserting new transactions as defined in the budget.

🔧 Enhancements 

1. LinkedIn Publishing Upgrades

We've introduced a new configuration feature to show or hide the Approvals bar for Global Budget. Previously, this bar was hidden by default, with no option for customization. Now, admins can tailor their experience by choosing whether to display or hide the Approvals bar, providing greater flexibility and control over their remaining budget.

3. Enhanced Attachment Visibility

4. Additional Filtering in all Nomination Phases

5. Message Length Alert
An in-app alert to notify senders when their message exceeds the maximum length for text visible on the certificate. This alert serves as a reminder for senders to consider shorter messages, ensuring compatibility with certificate formatting.
