Overview

Learn about the various reports you can generate in the reporting section of JobPts.

Log in to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Reports 

The reporting section helps you create reports about the activity of recognition programs, an overview of send, and received awards, and the activity of employees in redeeming points to various options. To access the reports, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. On the left-side panel, click on Reports and select the report you want to analyze.

From here, you can access the most important features of each report:

*Note: Under 'Reports' when the Admin role of the user is set to 'Org Unit' admin, all reports except 'Dashboard' will be seen for the Org units the admin is assigned to.
